Our Valued Guests - COVID-19

For everyone's health and safety we are currently closed through May 31st. When we reopen June 1st we will have additional cleaning, safety, and distancing measures in place. To maintain distancing and for everyone's health some amenities may not be available when we open. We are accepting future reservations and hope you will stay with us. You may make reservations online at any time. Our current office hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Please call us if you'd like to make a future reservation or if you have any questions. We will update dates as we receive more information. We wish all our guests health and safety during this time.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. The hotel office closes at 10 p.m. If you are going to arrive after 10 p.m. please call us at 503-436-2300 to make arrangements.


To reserve a hotel room guests must be 18 years old. All reservations require a credit card to guarantee. During some holiday time periods an advance deposit of one night is required.


We require 7 days notice to cancel October – May, and 14 days notice June - September. If the cancellation is made without proper notice we will charge for the first night of the stay.

Non-Smoking Property

The property is completely non-smoking. If guests smoke on the property they will be charged a $200 fee.

Hot Tub

The hot tub is open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Guests reserve a 30 minute time slot so they can have the tub all to themselves. Towels are provided in the hot tub area.

Guest Laundry

There is a guest laundry on site. It is open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Soap is provided. It is $1 to wash and $1 to dry.

Beachfront Lawn

The beachfront lawn is available for all guests to use. The picnic tables, lounge chairs and BBQs are on a first come first serve basis. The BBQs are only available during fair weather.

Beach Fires

Fires are permitted on the beach. All fires must abide by the Oregon Coast state parks guidelines – Oregon Shore State Recreation Area. During very dry periods fires may be banned.


In the event of a tsunami sirens will sound. If you hear the sirens follow the posted tsunami evacuation signs to higher ground. There are periodic tests of the system. The test system is the loud mooing of cows.
